Conditions

What happens beyond my allowance?

Extra streaming is 2 EUR per hour and extra storage is 0.10 EUR per GB per month. Usage beyond your allowance is billed at the end of your cycle. We never cut you off mid-session.

How does annual billing work?

Annual billing saves 40% compared with paying monthly, and the annual term runs its full length. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.

What happens if I stop subscribing?

Your cloud library stays downloadable for 60 days, then it is removed. Your device keeps working exactly as it did: recording, graphics, timing and analysis are free forever.

Does one subscription cover more than one device?

No. Each subscription covers a single Video One Pro. Running more than one car? Send us a message and we will sort it out.

Do I need a SIM card?

The cellular modem is built into the unit, and you supply your own SIM and data plan. Your carrier, your rates, any country. No lock-in and no markup from us.

Is VAT included?

No. All prices exclude VAT, which is applied at checkout at the rate of your country. Business customers with a valid VAT number are invoiced under the reverse-charge procedure.
